Actually, making FRAPS impotent could be a sign 1C is beginning their re-deployment strategy as we speak. No more videos means, CLoT never happened. Now they just need to start the global deletion process. Maybe some secret code in the STEAM cloud will help with this. Could be they had a secret plan to do this for a long time.
