Mine broke in Feb and I still haven't heard back from Natural Point about claiming it under warrantee, I'm in my last month of warrantee and I'm about to hit the panic button!
EDIT: Just checked my emails .. Micheal from Natural Point has shipped a replacement today!!! That is customer service. |
My trackclip broke in the same spot within a fortnight of purchase, didnt think to ask for a replacement, so currently that marvelous tool gaffer tape is holding it together.
