-working Gyro compass in the Ju88

- consider to ad a realism setting "prewarmed engines"

-ad degree numbers on the Bf109 default Template for flapsetting

-ad mineshells to the MG-FF/M of the Bf110C-4 & -7, or actually arm them with MG-FF/M
