Actually xin421, that listed you posted is no longer accurate. They did a patch/update that decreased the requirements for plane unlocks. For example, I know for sure that it only takes 2 wins with a Yak-1B on CTA to unlock the IL-4, not 10. Check out the thread link below to get the most recent list.
