It's a mod pretty much like mine, but a lot Bigger. It adds a lot of new stuff like items, units etc. It also allows your units to gain experience, which I think is pretty cool
. Also, it adds a few new maps (and quests), though I don't know how the Russians managed to pull it off, since I found it impossible to create new maps with the editor.
