I've done a search of my computer and have found this dll in two places... one is in the trackir folder where I'd expect it to be (I have TrackIR 5) and the other is in a rar file that I downloaded (but not installed) as a result of reading the thread http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=21961
Dunno if you've installed Glovepie or not at any stage but if you have, that may be the culprit.
