We got the head movement down, but I think we need to have more pilot's physical reaction while flying for better immersions. Here are some of my easy to implement wish list items:

Pulling too much G? We should hear heavy breathing as the pilot tries pump more oxygen into his brain. Kinda like WoP.

Get hit in the leg? We should hear a "OOph" painful grumble.

Get hit fatally? Don't black out instantly, fade to black/red with head slumping down. Vision down facing the floor.

Bleeding to death? Vision blurs to dark red with retina veins, all sound fades away while your heart beats are heard.

Landing hard? A grumble from the pilot, and head shake + motion blur at point of impact.

We should be able to see our body in the cockpit. With appropriate blood marks when shot.

What do you guys suggest?
