It´s running well on my system:

q9550 3.4ghz
4gb ram
Asus 6970 2gb ,stock clock, 11.3 driver

1680x1050
Win7 64

no AA
anti-epilepsy off
all high, except buildings quality low.
Trees, terrain and landscape shading - medium details.
