Which weapons fall in which category?

I'm trying to decide if my character should be a Piloting-spec or Gunnery-spec. That brings up this problem: one can spec in Heavy Guns, the other in Lasers. Which weapons are Lasers, which are Heavy Guns? I don't want to put someone specced in one group in a fighter without those weapons.
