Maybe urgent means that you won't be able to finish your shopping.. or have to quit the bath you were hoping to squelch in for the next 5 hours...
But... urgently getting into the air is a fair enough statement. Since in the air you can get altitude/formation which will increase defensive capabilities, whereas idling on the runway or have barely taken off you whished you stayed in your bath. because you will have NO CHANCE of surviving if a group of 109's/110's happened to pass by at regular altitude.
