Unfortunately they programmed the Ai with such finese and ellegancethat as soon as you run the simulation Naval ships from both sides start sailing west to the Carribean, where the AI crews spend the rest of the war drinking rum in the languid tropical heat while simulated native girls fan them off.
This of course would be completely unacceptable in a BoB sim so the developers removed them from the sim until they could be made to follow orders.
You did ask for an answer unfortunately you did not specify your accuracy requirements!
