Just got off the phone from Overclockers UK and they will RMA the card. What excellent service from these guys, hopefully they will be able to offer me a good alternative to replace the card.
As for the Nvidia card that I was looking at it's a corker. It's only a few FPS slower that the top range Nvidia and it has half the price.
