Default I can attain a nice smooth 35 - 40fps...

F3 view, keep circling so the camera is not changing position results in a very nice smooth frame rate even when the camera is panning around to keep the aircraft in view, it's as soon as the viewpoint (camera or in pit) has to translate (not sure that's the correct terminology) in the x, y or z directions that the stutter starts happening.

I guess this is kinda obvious yes? I've had a few so be nice...
