I agree with what you say.

We need a way that is simple enough, yet comprehensive enough to include adequate data information that is easily readable.

I checked out the overclocker form as you describe in your attachment.
It appears to me each user fills in the form manually. Then that information is transcribed in the sig. I suspect that will require a custom modification to this forums, and I don't think it will be important enough for the entire site... as it is to us for the cleanup of BOB COD. I do think is an excellent way to deal with system spec display.

The attachment method you used is excellent, but most members won't use it on a consistent basis.

Having the spec in the sig has always been a best simple method of presentation, because it is automatically placed in each user posting.

There maybe features in the vbulletin that would provide a good workaround, which we aren't using.
