No grass/no stuttering
Hey, for the 1st time I removed the grass from the setting.. of course, it's not as nice when on the ground, but on the other hand, I get no more stuttering.. nearly NONE...
above mid sized cities (exept London) I get 35FPS minimum, and no stuttering..
the game is finally "playable".. now..
Lots of works ahead for 1C, but it's not that awfull anymore !
