I've seen it already posted by someone else, but here from me again:
Trains don't use the ramps at bridges, they just ignore the ramps and the brdges and pass through them on the ground over the water.
Barges and landing craft appear half sunk when placed.
In London with so many switches it is not possible to use many train routes because of routing errors when laying a path.
The roads close to the water in London are not usable by ai-traffic.
