Nice one grunch, once you have launched the game (in windows 7) press the windows key and select the speaker icon (mixer icon) in the task bar, select mixer at the bottom of the headset volume and you will get serveral options for sound, I had headset volume, system volume, Cod volume (
) and steam volume. Sorted.
