Well, I just acquired the serial myself. Will have to install steam and that crap, but everything went smooth. The only problem that I had was the fact that from my mastercard account, the amount was in € so I had to recalculate that to $ in order to get the serial.
10€, come on. 10€... Even if I chucked that away... it's 10€. I will survive. Thanks adonys for the heads up.
PS: Oh, I also did this because from my understanding, that filter will be non-toggable for the west. If it will be toggable, even better. I don't mind.
