Well,receiving it as a gift is a thing,creating a fake account with fake infos is another one and in a forum told me you can't do this.
Well,when you (you as community) will be able to force english lang. and we all have the confirmation that it's a perfectly safe procedure also from other users,maybe i'll give it another chance
