I've just placed my order for the CE with UBI UK.
Release date for the CE is listed on my order confirmation as Monday 21st March.
There are two postage options - standard 2 - 4 day, and exorbitantly priced 1-3 day delivery option. (I chose the standard.
)
The thing is - anyone having splashed out on the expensive option
could conceivably have the game by next Tuesday 22nd!
So we may get some advance reviews from the early birds out there...

Edit: BUGGER! Seems that I overlooked the necessity for unlocking the game on steam! 
...or can anyone with experience of Steam confirm this would be necessary?
Should be able to provide a full feature list from the printed manual at least...
