Actually, Fw 190A-4 was flyable in the very first version (Il-2 Sturmovik 1.0), and A-5 came in the next patch.
Other AI only planes not mentioned yet were La-7, IAR.80/81 and MC.202. Believe me, alll these were in the first game as AI planes!
