A nice shot to be sure, but I don't think so. Unless you believe LW uniforms were green-brown as well
What I'm saying is, the photograph was in all likelihood touched up (shopped in modern terms) to hell, perhaps even colorized by hand like so many others, for some postcard or journal or whatever due to inferior film quality and it doesn't faithfully represent the colors in the original scene and noone at the time would have claimed otherwise.
