Yup!
Hopefully they haven't spent all their voice acting money on him this time, like they did with Patrick Stewart and Sean Bean in the last one.

Honestly, it would make so much difference if CoD had a theme as memorable and amazing as the Elder Scrolls theme. Especially notable considering Morrowind came out in 2002, and by comparison in Il-2 we have some godawful forgettable MIDI rumpety-pumpety military marches as the menu music.
