The files with in-game descriptions are in KB folder\sessions\addon\loc_ses.kfs
For medals : eng_rewards.lng
For items : eng_items.lng
One more thing
for Orcs on the march campaign , eng_items.lng is located in KB folder\session\orcs\orcs.kfs
