Hello everybody,

A Happy New Year 2011, and a Happy Birthday to my co-organizer Edal86!

I've got some announcements to make:

1. Tournament Start Date is Monday, January 17
2. Applications Closing Date is Friday, January 14
3. Tournament Lead In Phase Starting Today - we encourage practice sessions by all who have already applied or are still thinking of applying

4. We have official Sponsoring by Gaijin and 1C for the tournament!

5. Prizes: we're excited to annouce the following prizes for the first three:

Winner:

* 'The Mustang Trophy', a very beautiful historical model of a P-51 in scale 1/48 on a wooden plate with brass plates (we will show you soon)
* One original Russian copy of BOP, signed by the developers (great memorabilia)
* One copy of Apache: Air Assault PS3, signed by the developers
* 3 PC games for download from 1C

Finalist:

- We need at least 16 contestants by January 14. We would however prefer a total number of 24 players for an even better game.
- Rules are still Work In Progress, we endeavour to soon present you with the final rules soon.
