Can't start game- no supported adapters found
HI 1C- I have a problem with the game. I bought it from Amazon a week or so ago and haven't been able to run it since. I was told to ask the company that created it. The error message I get is RenderServerInitialize;--> No supported adapters found.
I have ATI Radeon Video Card, which I updated and Windows 7. No matter what I do, it still doesn't run. The amount of time I"m putting into this is inordinate, given that I purchase it with the expectation of being able to play it once I install it.
Please look into this.
