Well I wouldn't take it as a "reliable source" for sure, and who knows what "Steam" in that context means... but
"Ilya replied that there was something somehow will run through Steam" is one of the more straight-forward translations from Google. But ok probably not a good idea to start rumours this way, we should anyway find out soon enough.
