The Sniper Set affects:
Skeleton Archer, Archer, Cannoner, Goblin with the Catapult, Elf, Pathfinder, Goblin.
Pathfinder = Hunter.
The description is a little misleading as it clearly affects more than just "archers." It probably means a subset of projectile users, as indeed the goblin uses axes.
