unzip the file i have attached in your IL-2 installation folder.Everytime you'll begin a new flight, open the console command (SHIFT+TAB) and type
fr then enter then type
fo then enter. At this time you can close the console command (SHIFT+TAB) and you'll see your icons at 25km (my settings are at 25km, you can change it editing the rcu file)
