Actually if your just after landings then starting up a multi-player map with takeoff and landing disabled will spawn you directly above the selected airstrip or carrier.
Of course there will be only you in there with no-one to shoot at
... but its great for landing practice as refly instantly puts you back in the air above the airfield and you can change aircraft type any time at will.
