I just want to elaborate on
DriverX3 post. I can only assume that you may mean the interior cabin overhead lights. There is no switch to turn those on. Maybe someone could make a Mod someday.
Make sure when you hire drivers, that you have a truck for them to drive, or he/she will drain your income with his/her salary.
