When i was a professional musician, whenever we made records we would always try to master the final cut version so it sounded good on all media, be it TV, radio or hi-end audio systems but mainly aimed at radio because this is where most people will first hear your track, this was far more difficult than you can imagine, how many times have you heard a track on the radio, then go and buy the cd to play it on your high end audio equipment only to be amazed at the difference. what sometimes sounds great on the radio can have a lot more 'top end' when played on high quality gear. Whenever i used to play the records i'd recorded to my mother and farther I used to wish that they had better equipment so they could hear it as it was supposed to sound.
I guess this is the difficulty Oleg will face in trying to make the sounds work on all sound card formats, but generally if you have quality amp/soundcard and quality speakers/headphones you should hear it in all its glory.
