Yes there have been pictures of seaplanes that will be in SOW. That is a good would indication rescues can be built into missions. I am sure there will boats as well.
Remember, the first stage of the BOB was "destroy the convoys of the British". I don't recall much in the way of smaller boats, but I'm sure they are there.
