I can't remember we said no to anybody who needed an extra serial etc.
Though for example in Russia a lot of people sell their keys online - their extra 1-2 activations. Which really kills me. They get PC games 50-75% cheaper than rest of the world, yet they try to cheat.
Oh well, maybe I shouldn't complain about my fellow citizens.
