Typically the first attempt to solve this, is to save and reload + to check whether the same happens if you open old saved games.
It may have to do with your graphical settings as SR2 seems to be quite sensitive to those. As an example, I can't play SR2 (Reboot) if my laptop is not plugged in; somehow working on my battery changes something to the graphical settings (to reduce power consumption) and anything as of the trailer will not show up on my screen.
So it may be worth playing around a bit with the graphical settings if you have the same glitch in the future, see if that solves anything...
