Yeah, like Foz said, it's been said and noted before. (Not sure you want to dig through all the stuff, but there's been plenty of things said about that and other planes.)
I just figured, that in a flight game like Il-2, you'd think to focus on the major air combat campaigns like Malta. (Plus, I love flying CR.42s and Fiats in '46. They're so fast and maneuverable.
