Great, just what the forum needs. Another thread for pointless speculation based on whatever spin can be put on anything Oleg Maddox either (a) said, or (b) didn't say.
The only people in any position to answer this question (if there are any...), may have good commercial or contractual reasons not to, and all the guesswork and reading of tea-leaves that goes on in this forum isn't going to change that one bit.
