The answer is that none of us really know. Star Wolves 2 had a large and robust german community that made a lot of great stuff such as the IMD Editor, but they all seemed to dissapear shortly before the release of Star Wolves 3.
To be honest, I had no idea SW3 would even be released in the English language until I saw the preorder available on Steam.
