Yes depending on the pilots available too, have you tested to see if limiting the pilot numbers changes anything.
I'm trying to exactly remember some of the settings I used to use but since I've been working on a new server for the last few months.
There's a new FBDj 2 coming out which will suport v409m and the mod pack aircraft better.
