OK just plugged in the power supply and the new card and it works
only problem is my monitor kindda shrunk down the picture. like about an inch on the sides and half an inch on the top and bottom.
Oh and I also got a new HDMI cable hooked up so that may be something you should know
But to fix it I tryed lowering the resolution, that fixes the "gap" on the monitor but it stretches and kindda distorts the whole picture, leaving everything almost fuzzy and outta focus.
