The graphics card you have won't do full settings at practically any res setting. What resolution do you plan to play at and what's your budget? I'd say at the very least go with a 9800GT or look at a HD 4850. Both cards can max the sim out at least at 1680x1050 and 2xAA and not break the bank, either can be had for $90-120. Any higher of a card you can up the AA but you're going to pay for it.
