Since i purchased my saitek controls i have been dealing with a lose of calibration issue. The popular fix has been to unplug stick and plug it back in, how fun that has been.I finaly got tired of that and opened my yoke up and inspected it . What i found with a magnifying glass was a dead short to ground when the stick was in a certain postion . Check your wires where they exit the conduit (metal pipe) and you will find where the sharp edge has rubbed thru the insulation to the bare wire causing a short. That conduit i speak of comes from stick section feeding down to the base. My fix was a piece of electrical tape and a little foam. I hope this helps those of you with the same issue. Cheers !!!!
