y hardware isnt the problem. the MoW GEM-engine have massive problems with current GPU's.
known GEM-engine bug:
- 25 Fps lock
- drop down to 5 Fps without any reason
- massive differences between Fps after zoom in & out ingame
- ...
this bugs will be never solved, because this need a completely reworked/coded GEM-engine.
