These three settings that were available as options in the IL-2 (classic) setup, aren't available in the Forgotten Battles setup.
The Realistic occlusions switch determines whether the obstacles (for example the hull of the aircraft) will reduce the sound volume. If it is switched on and you are inside the aircraft, it becomes more difficult to distinguish the sounds from the outside. If your card supports EAX or A3D, you should flick the Environmental acoustics switch on. You can use the other two switches at your discretion. SoundExt.occlusions=1
Disable streams - select this option if there
are gaps in the sound. However, you will not
be able to use the network telephone or listen
to music. SoundFlags.streams=1
Disable statics - select this option if the sound
effects are out of sync with the image. SoundFlags.static=1
