You don't need to connect it to Hyperlobby...what you need to do is see if the server you're connecting to provides a Teamspeak IP or address in the briefing or on their website and use that.
For example, if you go to
War Clouds' website, you can see their Teamspeak address and password at the side, i.e. ts.war-clouds.com.
