there is an hotfix for the 9.12, it says : fix flikering on opengl games.... maybe it will make it for il2 !!!!

EDIT:If I remove the atioglxx.dll I got some strange letters in IL2.... nothing is redable... all numbers and letters and like : l ll lllll......
but with it it's ok, but I've still the missing/flickering debrief.....
