I mention this cause I've got my own intel on who's good at what... and who's invincible at what, also...
Each side would select 1 or 2 players who have played many games in every mode vs most of the players. They would be given 1 or 2 days to "scout" or observe anyone they haven't seen.
Then all the recruiters would log in to a PSN chat room for the draft. If one team starts shorthanded, it gets extra picks at the midway point. For example, if team 1 has 10 players, and team 2 has 8, and there's 20 other players, then after 9 players have been selected, team 2 takes its next pick and then follows with its extras, then it's team 1's turn again. Like this:

If team 1 has 11 and team 2 has 10 and there's 9 left:

If team 1 and team 2 both have 10, and there's 12 left, choose starter at random, if team 2 wins the coin toss

if it starts real lopsided, like team 1 has 12 players, team 2 has 3 players, and 21 others, it would go:

which would put all team 2's extra draft picks right dead center of the draft, so they wouldn't get all the best or be stuck with the worst.
I don't really expect many Russians to show up... their IL-2 board has less than 1 page of topics. I guess they don't have all that many ps3's yet.
