Hi there.
Dunno if if your first experience was chasing me, but I had a similar incident.
As I had someone on my six I was toggling target camera a bit to much causing my dive going to low. As I released target camera I was a BIT to close to surface and my left wing touched the water making my plane shift leftwards but somehow I didnt crash and was able to continue my climb
