There are no real squadrons for this game, as in nobody organises battles between other squadrons. The squadrons that do exist are just tags. VAS on the PS3 is the only group that comes close now that they are organising competitions although anyone can join these.
I'm the last of the 202 exorcist squadron so I guess thats kind of active right? lol. We had loads of people at the begining be we never did anything either, although House MD did make a pretty awesome website that is still up.
Everyone else is gone now 
There are a couple more small "squadrons". Brickster and Draux are in one together, cant remember the name though. AutomaticAddict had a squadron too but he doesnt play much now. There also was an xbox squadron that had something to do with Kamakaziing,.. That died pretty quickly lol  |

im still here, and on IL2 from time to time. Not in combat but flying just to keep my edge. I'll be more active when i see the patch probably.
