the patch is in QA as we speak, should hit PSN and XBL within 2 weeks...
I have no idea where you pulled the 9 months from, operation flashpoint got patched within 3 weeks after release, and modern warfare 2 had a patch 2 days after release! Of course IL2 might take a bit longer but the 9 months timespan is utter bullshit...
